Date Snack Cookies

Here is a healthy snack recipe that is high in nutritional value and rich in fiber, which can extend the feeling of fullness in children, helping to reduce their craving for junk food. This snack can also easily fit into their lunch bags:

Ingredients:

– 1 coffee cup of tahini

– 2 eggs

– Puree from 6 dates (soak the dates in hot water to soften them, then blend)

– 1 tea glass of roughly chopped walnuts

– 1 cup of oatmeal

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a deep bowl and mix until they become homogeneous. Then, take pieces the size of a walnut from the mixture and shape them. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until the tops are slightly golden. Enjoy!
