Sustainable Vegetable Protein Beet Burger

MATERIALS: 

• 1 large grated beetroot  

• 3 tablespoons of boiled quinoa  

• Black pepper, sweet red chilli powder, cumin, salt  

• 1 tablespoon of corn  

• Potato starch instead of tapioca starch 

• 2 eggs 

PREPARATION: 

• Mix all the ingredients. Give burger shape. 

• Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.  

• Then serve with lettuce leaves instead of bread.
